The application of ISED is similar with FCC application, the test standard is

 almost same as FCC.

ISED company number (similar with grantee code in FCC)

We can apply company number on the ISED website.

IC:  company number – product number

The label of ISED: ISED number, model number.

Similar with Form 731, ISED has own application form。

Warning: in ISED, if one certificate contains more than one model,  there are registration fee for the list models, normally $50 per model.
