EU-type examination: Annex III 

1. Use notified body with application 需要NB介入;

2. 除了按module A之外，Notified  body 检查相关TC;

3. The notified body 准备评估报告;

4. The notified body 颁发 EU-type examination certificate;

5. 有任何变动应该通知notified body进行进一步评估;

6. 每一个notified body 颁发EU-type examination certificates后应该通知权力机构

7. Manufacturing : necessary measures and monitor

Full quality assurance: Annex IV

1.The  manufacturer  shall  operate  an  approved  quality  system ;

2.The manufacturer  shall  lodge  an  application  for  assessment  of  his  quality  system  with  the  notified  body;

3.The  quality  system  shall  ensure  compliance  of  the  radio  equipment with  the  requirements  of  this Directive  that apply  to  it;

4.The notified  body  shall  assess  the  quality  system;

5.The manufacturer shall be responsible for the quality system and shall  keep  the  notified  body  being updated;

6.Surveillance under  the responsibility of  the notified body;

7.CE marking and EU declaration of conformity.
